Billit backend for Regira Invoicing. services.AddBillit(...), configured with a BillitConfig, registers IInvoiceManager, which creates and sends the shared IInvoice model through Billit, alongside IFileManager, IPartyManager and IPeppolManager. It calls the Billit REST API directly over HttpClient.
