Excel backend for Regira Office, built on MiniExcel. ExcelManager implements IExcelService and ExcelManager<T> implements the typed IExcelService<T>. Of the four Excel backends it is one of two with typed sheets, and the one with the lowest memory use: it reads and writes the sheet XML directly, without a workbook object model.
