REGIRA COMMERCIAL LICENSE

This license applies to the commercially licensed Regira packages: Regira.Licensing, Regira.Entities.EFcore, Regira.Entities.DependencyInjection, Regira.Entities.Web, Regira.Entities.Mapping.Mapster, Regira.Entities.Mapping.AutoMapper, and Regira.Office.Clients (together with the hosted Regira services and MCP server). All other Regira packages are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 — see the LICENSE file in the repository root.

The covered software and associated documentation files (the “Software”) are the proprietary property of Regira bv (“Regira”). Use of this Software is governed by the following terms.

  1. FREE TIER USE

    Use of this Software without a license key is permitted subject to the following limitations enforced at runtime:

    • regira.entities: up to 5 simple entity registrations and 2 complex entity registrations per application. A registration is “simple” when it is made without custom sort or include type parameters, and “complex” when it specifies them.
    • regira.services: up to 5 requests per 60 seconds.
    • regira.mcp: up to 30 requests per 60 seconds.

    These limits are enforced automatically. No payment or registration is required for free-tier use within these limits. For any given released version of the Software, the free tier as shipped in that version remains available without time limit; Regira may adjust free-tier limits only in future versions.

  2. COMMERCIAL USE

    Use beyond the free-tier limits requires a valid LicenseKey issued by Regira. Licenses are offered as a free 30-day Trial and as annual per-developer subscriptions; current tiers and pricing are published at https://regira.com/licensing. Non-expiring (lifetime) keys may be issued at Regira’s discretion.

  3. REDISTRIBUTION IN COMPILED FORM

    You may redistribute the Software in unmodified, compiled (object-code) form as an embedded part of your own application, including commercial applications, provided that:

    a. Your application adds substantial functionality beyond the Software itself; b. You do not expose the Software as a standalone library, SDK, or service for use by third-party developers; and c. Any license keys issued to you are not disclosed or embedded in publicly distributed artifacts in retrievable form.

  4. RESTRICTIONS

    Except as expressly permitted above, you may not:

    a. Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or any substantial portion thereof. b. Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or license keys embedded in the Software. c. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law. d. Use the Software to build a competing product or service.

  5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL REGIRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

  6. GOVERNING LAW

    This license shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
